How adaptive routes work

Transit days folded in

A Rome→Florence day isn't a lost day. It becomes a Chianti slice or a countryside detour, with the map handling the handoff — luggage-friendly stops, station timing, and check-in windows.

Shared audio intro

One 20-min podcast covering the whole trip, not one per city. Same voice, same characters, so the story of your route feels continuous from touchdown to last night.

Booking hints for the sequence

Hotel type + neighbourhood suggested to make each check-in/checkout easy. Which side of the station, which quarter is closest to your first restaurant — pre-baked.

Frequently asked

How is this different from buying 3 guides separately?

The cities are re-timed to hand off cleanly — a Florence day starts at the hour your Rome train arrives, hotel districts are chosen so bags aren't a nightmare, and one shared audio intro replaces three separate ones. Plus you save 15–25%.

Do the days overlap or duplicate?

No. Each city keeps its full daily plan, but the arrival/departure days are treated as a transit-plus-arrival slice so you don't pay for a day of walking that you'll actually spend on a train.

Can I change the order later?

Yes. The city order is set at checkout for the shared audio intro, but the day plans themselves are independent. You can swap the order any time before the trip and re-generate the audio intro once.

How much time between cities?

We assume standard rail or short-haul flights (Italy: 1.5–2.5h Rome↔Florence↔Venice; Japan: shinkansen; France: TGV). Transit-day plans budget half a day for movement plus a light activity.

What if I have already bought one of them?
